    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    Shipping fee: 
    P45 (any weight) for Metro Manila
    P120 (any weight) for Provincial
    *Free shipping in the Philippines for orders P1000 and above.

    Delivery Partners:
    Metro Manila - Fastrack 
    Provincial - LBC via Yilinker
    *12 noon Cut off time for the same day processing of order.
    *1-2 working days delivery time for Metro Manila and 3-5 working days for Provinces.
    Once your order has been processed or dispatched, you will receive an Email containing your tracking number. You may track your order on Fastrack or LBC website.

    PAYMENT METHODS
    Payment can be settled through:
    *BDO - BPI - Credit Card (VISA & MASTERCARD) - PAYPAL - Globe GCash - Smart    Money - LBC Pera Padala - Palawan Pera Padala (must be claimable at LBC)

    NOTE: If you don’t send us the email about your payment details, your order will not be process. Please pay in exact amount. Excess Payment will be forfeited.

    STORE CREDIT
    Store credit is the amount in your account that you can use to pay for your order.

    HOW TO AVAIL STORE CREDIT
    You can buy store credit on website. You can choose to have store credit when your order is out of stock and you do not want to have replacement and refund. Store credit can also be issued on some return cases.

    HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT
    If you have store credit in your account, the system will automatically ask if you want to use it when you check out your order. Your amount due will be automatically less if you choose to use store credit.


    RETURN AND EXCHANGE
    Returns and exchanges of unused item can be accepted up to 7 days upon receipt. Buyer will shoulder the corresponding shipping fee. Returns and exchanges of factory defect items can only be accepted up to 2 days. We will not honor any request for return and exchange of factory defect items if it is over 2 days.


    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Items must be in the same condition when you received it, and returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories or tag. Sanitary Liners must be in place on all bottoms.

    Sale items can no longer be exchanged.

    Items returned that is describe as damaged or defective will be checked. If found defective or damaged, we will replace the items and pay for the appropriate shipping costs. However, If found not defective or damaged, we will ship back the item and the buyer will pay for the appropriate shipping cost.
